In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, the following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation by date or early departure:

• Within 21 days from the date of arrival: no charge;
• from 20 to 8 days from the arrival date: 30% of the entire stay;
• from 7 to 3 days from the arrival date: 50% of the entire stay;
• from 3 days to no show: 100% of the entire stay;
• early departure: the entire fee.

Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00.
If check-in should be after 19:00, please advise.

50% supplement for double room for single use.

Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day, to be paid in cash upon check-out.
